Welcome to the Wholesale Member sign-up form.
As a wholesale buyer/purchaser you will have access to a password protected section of this site. You will also have access to the confidential wholesale price sheets, thousands of products at true wholesale prices and great offline marketing materials and supplies. We can also supply you with high quality color pictures of almost any item -- great for easy placement into your websites or online auctions.
We can accept your orders online via our secure (SSL) online order form, by fax and snail-mail. Free drop-shipping is also available -- Just accept orders and payment from your customers (retail) and pass the order info & customer address on to us with payment (wholesale) and we handle it from there. We will e-mail you when an order has been received and processed and we include an invoice # for each order incase of problems -- we can look up an order quickly and get issues resolved fast.
Just remember this -- you are not alone, we are always here to help with any questions you may have. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. In most cases, we require that you have a resale and/or business license (if required by law in your state or location of business). If you need more info about setting up your business, getting the required papers & licenses (sales tax license, business license, Entity I.D., etc.) or info on how to file or acquire your ficticious name (DBA - Doing Business As), etc. -- contact your local county clerks office or Chamber of Commerce (should be posted in your local phone book). They should be able to help you with all the details.
As a purchaser and/or re-saler of products & services, it is your responsibility (not ours) to keep good records, report and file/submit any sales tax, income tax, etc. (state, federal, county or otherwise).
